As April rolls around, I find myself often thinking of the old childhood rhyme, ‘April’s Showers Bring May Flowers’. It’s a nice little reminder that with all this crazy weather, something bright and happy is just around the corner. So I imagine these showers of April as a beautiful choir, summoning all the warmth and beauty to rise up and live once again. And with it’s chorus I feel something inside of myself awaken. Longer days. The buzz of people gathering outdoors. And I feel renewed. There’s just something special about the warmth, that seems to put smiles on people’s faces, and also in our hearts.

So in spirit of all this warmth and happiness, it seems appropriate to giveaway some of the most acclaimed and favored books of the past year. Yep, it’s that time again! For the annual “Showers of Books” hop! This is our second year doing this giveaway and it’s one of our favorites! So go ahead and take a gander at what we have to offer you this time!
